The warranty procedure follows the NYS Warranty Guidlines. In addition to that, our Service Manager, Ron Kozlowski will conduct a 30 days inspection after you move in your new home. When 1 year from the time of your move in occurs we will conduct a 1 year Warranty Service inspection. Please refer to the Warranty Guildlines packet you recieved with your Contract. Please fax or email our Service Department 1 month before your 1 year with a list of the monir touch ups and your name and phone number to schedule an appointment for this service. Of course, if there are any emergencies before your 30 day or 1 year, please contact us immediately or the Trade that performed the initial work. Please do not hestitate to call us to overt any further damages. |
