The Verona is one of Natale’s favorite ranch neighborhood floor plans. The size of this home ranges from 2,238 to 2,801 square feet. The Verona offers 2+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, and 2+ garage spaces.

As you step into the Verona, you’re greeted by the foyer, situated at the front. This area provides access to both the main entrance and the garage. Conveniently positioned adjacent to the foyer and garage is the laundry/mudroom. Across from this space lies the dining room, kitchen, and great room seamlessly interconnected, a perfectly planned open space for hosting gatherings. Moving to the opposite side of the house, you’ll discover the first bedroom, main bathroom, and the primary suite. The primary suite comprises a generously sized bedroom, a bathroom, and walk-in closet. Towards the rear of the house, you’ll encounter the office and covered porch area.
